Doug and Dustin recently finished a complete re-pipe of my house. Doug explained the whole process at the beginning of the job and kept us updated on the progress as they worked. The whole job was completed professionally and on time. Doug's quotation was very reasonable and honest. Technician came and assessed the problem , fixed it quickly and recommended to get the tank replaced within in the next couple of years. This review is a long time coming. Doug has done several projects for us over the last year or so. He replaced our hot water heater, serviced our gas fireplace and did some maintenance work on our boiler. I had DMC come to serviced my fireplace. The entire service call experience was pleasant as Doug was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and open to any inquiries I had regarding not only the fireplace but my other heating needs. We have three fireplaces which needed some TLC. In some cases it was just cleaning and with others needed parts rrplaced.

It was great to see a service technician actually have the parts in his vehicle inventory as too often most techs have to come back with the necessary parts. Doug obviously thinks ahead.
