They source great quality stones and their sales team is proactive pre-sale and the coordination for the installation went well.

However, the installation logistics are poor at best: the original installation had resulted in major stains in the stone, which GMI tried to convince us was normal. It was only upon multiple attempts that they acknowledged that poor installation practices resulted in those stains, and they agreed to re-install the counter-top. The cuts in the stone are irregular as they are done manually and there are obvious asymmetries (kitchen faucet misaligned). Poor glue application for sink installation. Installation caused damages to several of our cabinets, and impacted electrical installation (which we needed to outsource for repairs as they did not address). They

They are rude and unprofessional bunch of people working there. They ruined our kitchen and told us it's our fault and if we post bad review they will sue us. Owner was really rude and unhelpful. Take your money somewhere else

Outstanding service, very professional staff and they have state of the art products. We recently upgraded our kitchen and three washrooms through their help. Dakota, Jason and GMI's CEO Amman are very professional, kind, knowledgeable people. They are very dedicative and remarkable individuals. GMI's installers came to our house on time and finished our both projects in a timely fashion.

We had purchased a new cooking range and it could not properly fit into the new "designated cooking range area". We were so worried about it and called Dakota, who is a sales manager at GMI stone and told him about our issue. He was very kind and promptly assured us that he will send his crew in a day or so and they will fix our issue on a same day.

Guess what, as Dakota and Amman had promised, GMI's installer crew came on time and buffed the required area according to our new cooking range size. Thank you GMI stone team, particularly to Amman, Dakota and Jason and his team. Nadeem and family

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Workmanship was a disaster. Made fridge opening too small for counter depth fridge. Provided 12 inch deep shelf for microwave. Agreed to install crown moulding then said they couldn't do it. Agreed to provide custom door pattern then said they couldn't do it and provided cheap off the shelf door pattern.
