First of all, it was easy to book and very easy to communicate. Prompt responses.
David came on time, giving 15 min reminders. No nonsense, straight to the point, very diligent, marked all wiring. Identified other problems and fixed them promptly. Comes across as very honest, decent and knowledgeable.
When I had a different furnace issue, I called him straight away and I would not go anywhere else!
