I renovated my basement unit in Mississauga through Mr. Basement (Kevin). Its certainly a big investment, but Kevin has taken care of me through every step of the way - from visiting/viewing results from past projects, to providing value-packed design opinions to optimize the functionality without compromising safety; from permit application to keeping progress on the work and inspection to minimize lost time.

Kevin is very easy to work with as he always strives for open and timely communications. He genuinely cares for his clients needs, take pride of his work and willing to walk the extra mile for better results (whether is for better spacing, functionality, reliability, etc.).

Kevin and his team were wonderful to work with and delivered a beautiful result on a tight deadline. We are really happy with the work and would highly recommend Mr. Basement for any renovation needs you may have. They paid great attention to detail and even the small things looked perfect. This was our first time renovating and Kevin was extremely patient in answering our many questions and explaining the reasons behind making certain recommendations.

We are also especially impressed with Kevin's responsiveness and ability to deal with unexpected issues since his team discovered two leaks during the reno process. Kevin was able to determine where the issue was coming from and was there within hours with his roofer to deal with the problems. They were also still able to finish on time and left our house extremely tidy which we really appreciated very much.

My husband and I can't say enough great things about Kevin's team. They offer a variety of design and an excellence of workmanship. This team is professional, friendly and extremely tidy. What I personally love about it is that they listen to the customer and very easy to communicate. I have used their services several times. They remodeled my kitchen, basement and then entire second floor including three bathrooms, and their jobs are always completed with amazingly high quality. I'm normally a picky person, but I have to say I'm completely satisfied with Kevin's work. We recommended Kevin to our friends and they are all happy with the work done. We are repeat clients. We first tried them out with re-doing our staircase from main floor to 2nd floor. Then asked them to complete a full basement renovation that included storage room, setting up projector and screen, with washroom. When we moved to a new home it was a no-brainer to ask them to complete full home painting and replacing carpet to hardwood floors on the 2nd floor. Each project was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!!!

Kevin and his team did a great job renovating our basement, we are really happy with the work done. He was knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, and took the time to understand our requests and completed the project on time. And the price was reasonable too for the quality of work. Would highly recommend him and hire him again for other projects.

Kevin and his crew no only does great bath & kitchen re-model work, but they also excel in the structure work. They recently re-structured several open concept projects at our home, and were able to create exactly the looks we wanted, and the quality we expected.
As with our kitchen re-model three years ago, they took pains to completely understand our goals, and then put their talented team to work on our behalf. A lot of preparation, planning and organization behind the scenes on their part results in a job site that runs seamlessly.
This is a company where integrity is key. It is obvious that Kevin respects the team members, and has earned their respect. Quality work from quality people.
