STAY AWAY FROM HIM. The guy is twister, storyteller. He is presenting himself as a handy man, can do everything, giving you a low price, and requesting a down payment of $500 to buy some product to start. Coming back once or twice, pretending is starting the project, bringing couple pc of wood, he bought, installing it ( other people had to remove it later)
