We chose to work with LetsGetMoving because of the glowing reviews,.

We hit bumps on the way, but subsequent to the move management stepped up to and address our issues and we were satisfied with the resolution.

They didn’t pack furniture and there was damage to my table and chairs. Significant scratches and will need to be replaced. Their insurance offered $75 which was a joke! Don’t use them!

Same as other reviews, one of my friend referred this company to me and as they have lucrative deal on Groupon so I thought of going ahead with them for my move which was planned in end of April. Everything was done as per Alisha and Dwight's checklist and I sent etransfer of $50 as well. was waiting for movers to come at 2PM but no one called, their phone never work, email them asking about where they are and Dwight replied that main driver is not available and backup driver will be coming at 4PM, I was too nervous as I have to move on same day. sent several emails and only once he replied with sorry and then no response. they are fraud. Now no returning my deposit as well. please stay away with such small company. Groupon should ban them

Same story. I did not book through Groupon but found them there. I paid a $50 deposit and on the day of the move was informed that they would not be coming. Alisha said she would refund my deposit, but after many email requests and phone calls, I have had no response. Small claims court is in their future.

Bought a 6hr service from them on groupon. Made the moving appointment a month prior to my moving date. Checked in with them via email five days prior to the moving date, got no response. Called them two days prior, left a message, no call back, despite the promise Alisha makes in her voicemail, and one day prior to moving day, alisha finally answers (to my blocked number) she tells me she's at her other job and will respond to my email she says she got in a couple of hours. No response
was given. Moving day comes. Still
hoping they're coming, I call and leave
a message that morning. 10 am

one. Not even a call. I leave another
message. I finally get a call
around noonish from Dwight,
he sounded very
confused. Told me he'd call me right back, he had to check with Alisha. They wasted my time, my money (so far I haven't been refunded by groupon).

DO NOT USE!!!! I purchased a Groupon for them to move some furniture in my house. I was told they would arrive at 4-5pm on Tuesday. At 5pm, Elisha sends me a text that they fired a mover and that they would come at 5-6pm on Wednesday after another job. On Wednesday, she tells me at they can't come until Thursday. What a joke of a company... do not use.

Moving Horror Story! I purchased a groupon for 3 hours of moving service for $200 (yes what a deal!) Everything started off fine, Alisha politely contacted me asking for some details about the move and informed me that there was a $50 surcharge fee for coming downtown Toronto which I was happy to pay for. The morning of the move she "texted" me that someone would be coming between 1:15 and 2:15 which was fine since I had booked my condo elevator between 2pm-4pm which gave us plenty of time to move the contents of my one bedroom apartment. When 2pm came around I was nervous because no one called me, I tried contacting Aleisha by phone and text and I also called Dwight the owner of the truck. I must have called them 2 dozen times as the window for my move was closing quickly. Finally at 4pm Aleisha only texted me back saying she was at her other job and she couldn't talk on the phone and that the truck had broken down. No one called me to let me know that they were not coming! All I received was an apology text saying that they had planned everything but since the truck broke down they couldn't come.. Do these people not understand that pushing back move dates cost people money? I had to push back the close date on my Condo because of this unprofessional company who does not care about its customers and will not even pick up the phone to call you to let you know that they are not coming. Be warned people this was the worst experience one could expect from a mover.
