I was referred to GTA CounterTop Pro through a friend and they far exceeded my expectations. Jasime and Joyce were a pleasure to work with. Jasmine sized up what I was looking for and sourced the ideal quartz for my kitchen countertops, backsplash and back wall. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I knew I had arrived at the right place after dealing with Jasmine. Joyce was likewise very knowledgeable and professional, overseeing every detail of fabrication and installation. Nicky and his assistant did a great job on the installation. GTA CounterTop Pro has an extensive showroom of samples and full slabs from which to choose. Their prices were very reasonable and their customer service exemplary. I would highly recommend them. They scored 100% with me. THANK YOU Jasmine, Joyce, Nicky and the entire team at GTA CounterTop Pro!

Speed, price and professional - amazing

Scarborough

Joyce is very professional and prompt. The entire process from quote to installation took 7 days; they could have done sooner but I was busy. Big guys quoted me 4-6 weeks as delivery/installation date from payment date. The counter top and the backsplash was installed very professionally without any issues within about 5 hours on a Saturday without a fuss. The price of the whole project was about 30% cheaper than any big box guys (I had 2 other quotes).

Amazing work- speed, price, prompt execution. Thank you

Joyce was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was very accommodating and her installers were very professional. The work they did was impeccable. Not only did they work quick they were also very clean. From the first time we entered her showroom we were greeted with a welcome. It was never a bother to call Joyce, she always took our calls. We have no problem recommending her company. I would definitely use her company again. Last but not least the showroom is full of beautiful choices.

Joyce was a pleasure to work with. Great communicator, answered all our questions promptly prior to the in-home consultation. She met us at our cottage on time, and coming from the GTA 90 minutes north could be a bit challenging on a Friday evening. She brought samples and provided advice based on her many years of experience, not only as a sales person but also taking the correct measurements for the quartz countertop production. The installers are true professionals. They are clean, aware, patient, intelligent, polite, and most importantly very accurate and precise with the install. We highly recommend Countertop Pro and will definitely be using their services again.
