Maxaire

My parents furnace has been on the fritz the last year, with multiple calls made to other HVAC companies, all with no permanent fix. Until dealing with the professionals at Maxaire, from the owner who assured me it would be taken care of, to the technician that actually did work right then and there. Fixed it once and for all, no excuses or delays. The tech was truly an experienced professional, was able to clearly identify the problem of moisture building up due to a bad connection and causing the circuit panel to short out. He then divised a fix that would protect the panel from future contact. The technician could have easily said the entire panel needs to be changed however that honesty they displayed by fixing it has made me a customer for life. Thank you Maxaire.
