I moved into a new home and the shower water temperature control was broken. I tried contacting different plumbers but they didn't have the parts and had no suggestions on how to proceed, probably the reason the previous homeowner left it broken.
When I finally contacted Alex he instructed me on how to get the parts and when the parts arrived he came and fixed it.
Perfect service, it was easy to communicate and schedule using messages, he arrived on time, fixed the issue, explained how to extend the life of the control valve and now everything is working great.
