I found Alex from the HomeStars site. Alex arrived when he said he would. I found him to be pleasant and professional. He was respectful of my home. He was attentive and answered all my questions with patience and a great disposition. The job itself was done well and he explained everything about the repair to my satisfaction. Alex demonstrated a poor pipe connection from a previous job. He fixed that problem also and I was very appreciative that he just didn't dismiss it.
