The tap on my tub broke and it was leaking hot water. Alex diagnosed over the phone what needed to be done and within two hours Will came and dealt with the issue. Will was informative, smart and he has a lovely manner. He was also extremely diligent in maintaining the COVID-19 guidelines. I look forward to working with this company again and will recommend them to my friends.
