Got tired of the front office mistakes of my old irrigation company so I was looking for a new one.
Even though Springrock did not have any existing reviews I decided to give them a shot as the communication was good at the onset.
When dealing with Springrock you are dealing with Bilal the owner and not a 18-22 yr old summer student working for a larger company. Bilal is quite and unassuming and very professional.
He did a great job wiring a Rachio controller (very clean wire install) even though he was more familiar with other brands of connected controllers and was great at problem solving irrigation issues. He also grease capped the connections which I have never had done in the 12 years in the house when using predecessor companies.
I would recommend him and will be using him again going forward.
