We have used Kenetic energy for the past four years, for the installation of the furnace system (upgraded from space heater/electric base board).

Staff were professional, friendly and clean during the installation. Same standards during annual maintenance.

The Kenetic Team has serviced our furnace for several years and have always done excellent work. most recently they serviced and replaced out hot water tank. As a family of 6..hot water is a necessity. We contacted them and stated we had no hot water, in 2 days they had ordered and installed our new tank. They also removed the old tank and cleaned up after. They are by far the best installation company we have ever dealt with. Thank-you Kenetic..We will be recommending you to EVERYONE!!

Great service from booking the appointment to having the work done. Even though the job was small and it was a Friday afternoon, they accommodated us and did so with competence and pleasantness. A model of customer service sadly lacking in this area.

within 2 hours of service technicians arrived. Upon troubleshooting the cause was a faulty circuit board.They advised they would order a replacement.As this was a Friday afternoon i expected a long wait.This was not the case as they arrived on Monday to repair and return heater to operation. As a former service technician myself I was positively impressed,I will not hesitate to recommend them to any one who asks.

So on Saturday we bought a new gas range and hauled it home. Monday morning at 9:00 AM I phoned my heating and cooling company, Kenetic Energy, to schedule a hookup. Ken and his son Michael plus Richard were here within an hour with all necessary tools and pipe and fittings for the installation. Michael quickly made a best pipe routing plan and he and Richard went to work. Meanwhile Ken helped me remove the old stove to next door though the snow, unload and unpack the gleaming new gas range, and assemble it in our kitchen. By this time the pipe team had the tubes and valves neatly in place and proceeded to do the final hookup to the range. After a thorough test for any leaks with some high tech sniffer devices it was time to cook lunch on our new stove.
