Dryer repair gone wrong - Do NOT know what they are doing
Dryer was not fixed. The customer rep on the phone is very rude.
Summary:
- They fixed the wrong part in the dryer and we are still having issues. It worked fine for 2 weeks, then back to having SAME EXACT problem.
- Technician barely worked for 45 mins and wrote an invoice for $200. He never explained what he did despite us telling him that the problem was not yet fixed after showing it to him too. He was stubborn and said that he fixed it and we didn't know what we are talking about .
- After repeated attempts, we got another guy to come and he didn't do anything either. We asked for a refund and he told us "he'll check with the office" but a month later, we haven't heard back.
Went with them based on reviews on Homestars but it was a mistake. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They are difficult and unreasonable.
One month later we started having same problem and we kept calling them to either give us a refund or fix the real problem. They kept on ignoring our calls.
