This week I used Same Day Appliance for a fridge that conked out overnight. While the diagnosis was dire their service was excellent! Everyone from Adrian to Daniel were extremely professional. Daniel even educated me on what to pay attention when shopping for a new fridge which was unbelievably enlightening and helpful. Daniel has been a pleasure to work with. I have been using this company for about 6-7 years now and not once have they let me down. They show up when they say they will and are clean and when they are done it is like they were never there. They always give their honest and professional opinion and their pricing is very competitive.

Our dishwasher broke, and they came out right away and were very friendly. Our appointment was near the end of the day so Daniel had to come back another day with the part, but they called me right away to make the next appointment. He even put the front of our dishwasher back together, while he was waiting to see if the new part fixed our leaky dishwasher. I would highly recommend them to people who are looking to get their appliances fixed, and if anything breaks down in the future, I will use them again.

Daniel came out yesterday and fixed the locking mechanism on my washer. Turns out it needed a different part fixed and still didn’t work. Called first thing this morning and he was back out here fast and only charged us for the new part and not the labor this time. Fast and reliable! Any time we need a repair, we now know who to call! Reasonable rates and excellent service!

John was able to come the same day I called, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He showed me where my washing machine was leaking, and explained what needed to be done. Unfortunately he and I both agreed that the machine wasn't worth fixing. He was very polite, easy to reach and transparent about his charges. The rates are the lowest I could find, but he's knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them again in the future!

I was very frustrated when my relatively new oven went out. After calling several appliance companies in the area, I decided to give Same Day a try. I thought I might know what the issue was but really couldn't say for sure. John offered to get the part and take it with him just in case that was the issue. He was very professional, arrived when he said he would, troubleshooted the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was also reasonably priced. I'll be honest, I have been told I can be very critical at times but in this case, I honestly have no complaints.

Let me start with that I do my homework and before I have anybody to work either on my house or car I spend hours even days of researching before I decide to call for help. With choosing Daniel and his fully certified and professional help was simply a bull's eye. As I mentioned before professional is the right word, but also fully skilled and with incredible technical background. I've been pretty technical myself and I can tell when someone wants to fix something that was never broken. Daniel on other hand, got perfectly right to the point and without a doubt knew what was wrong with our refrigerator. Not to mention setting up an appointment was a breeze. He was right on clock. You would expect that for this kind of professional service you could pay an arm and a leg, but no!!! Affordable and you can pay either with visa or debit.

George from same day appliance did a great job fixing our dryer. He arrived on time, was super friendly, and clearly explained exactly what needed to be repaired. The cost was much less than the quote from the big box store where we bought the dryer. Definitely recommend him!
