Same Day Appliance Repair

First I would like to say that I found this company on Google and I liked the reviews about it, so I decided to give it a try; needless to say I was not disappointed. Daniel was pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable and affordable and not to mention the warranty, which was a pleasant surprise. I called him for an appointment and was seen the next day, which was really good considering I called a national brand chain and it would've token a week and a half for them to come out and cost a lot more to service a refrigerator.

John provided excellent advice concerning what items to repair and which to replace. He accurately diagnosed and quoted the repair problem, and was in/out of my house in 20 minutes with courteous, effective service. I will recommend him at every chance I get! As others have mentioned, I found Same Day Appliance on a Google search. I spoke with the operator later in the evening (around 7 PM) and he was able to schedule me a day later. He was able to give some introductory (and honest!) advice regarding my 20 year old dryer and what he thought some of the causes might be. After discussing some initial thoughts, we were able to get an appointment on the books for next day. Daniel called before arriving and was very prompt. He was able to diagnose the issue with my dryer very quickly and had the parts on him. In addition to his knowledge of my appliance, Daniel had very good rates.

Same day service with great results! The cost was completely reasonable and he saved us from having to purchase a new dryer. Needless to say, we are completely satisfied. Would not hesitate to contact for service in the future and have already recommended to others! The diagnosis was quick and the job was done in a professional way. He left everything clean and my dryer in now working like new.

Daniel was great. I thought we would need a new ice maker, instead he found the problem and fixed it without replacing our ice maker. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. It's nice to find someone who is not only honest but reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Very professional and great customer service.

I had "issues." I called in the afternoon, scheduled an appointment the next day already good news. John called when he was on his way, arrived on time. In 1 hour, he diagnosed and fixed two dryers, diagnosed and ordered a part for the washer (which he installed as soon as it came in a couple of days), diagnosed and priced a repair for a stove. The prices were excellent. The repairs are great. The customer service is Blue Ribbon level. He cleans up after himself, works efficiently, and knows his craft. Looks you in the eye when he talks to you.
