Today was my third time in desperate need of a repair in the last few years...I will always come back to same day appliance repair they are always a big help.. I have called Same Day Appliance a few times for different reasons and each time they were able to schedule me within 24 hours and fix the problem. They were always helpful and gave honest opinions. My refrigerator broke and the next morning they had someone to take a look. After realizing I needed to replace the unit I compared prices and decided to purchase a new unit. Very happy with all aspects of the service and price. They came out to diagnose a problem I was having with my washing machine. John really took his time to thoroughly check everything out. It turns out the repair was minor and the total price was very reasonable, especially considering all the time he took. Would highly recommend!

I called for a repair at 11:00 and my oven was fixed by 3:30! Probably sooner! I was amazed at the quality of service Daniel provided. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained everything about the repair to me and had the part needed in his truck. The price was so reasonable and my oven is working great plus there is a warranty on the work done. Same Day Appliance Repair is great! Daniel was able to schedule me for the next day at after I got out of work so no need to take time off to be home. He was very friendly and worked quickly. He explained the problem to me clearly and gave me a solution for future prevention. Since it was a system clean up on my washing machine I was only charged the labour. Daniel seems to be a fair and honest technician. I highly recommend Same Day and will be sure to call on them again if needed.

The repair was quick, and John at Same Day knows his stuff. He came when he said that he would. We had a bad control board, and he replaced it in short order. John’s quote was reasonable. He gave me suggestions on future issues that might come up with my model of washer, and what to watch for so I don't pay for a repair that would cost more than a replacement of the unit. I give them 10 stars for the whole experience.

I am relieved to find an excellent, efficient, friendly and affordable business to work with regarding appliance repair in my home. I called around 11:30am and remarkably, had my washing machine fixed by 2:30pm that day. John, just happened to be in my area when I called and said he could stop by immediately. His home visit base price was reasonable, also be included into the repair bill. John took his shoes off before entering my home, I escorted him to basement, he looked things over made a very professional simple fix with no extra costs and wrote up my bill. I will use Same Day Appliance Repair for any of my future repair needs with any appliance I have he can work with.

Adrian answered the phone on the first ring, was very pleasant and most eager to be obliging. Daniel came to my house to look at my 13 year old washing machine, diagnosed the problem within minutes and ordered the part. Told me he could come back the same day, but I had to work. Daniel isn't arrogant. He's bright. He arrived within two hours of my call and he anticipated the problem as I described it and walked in with the appropriate part in his hand.
