Lowe's Maple

My husband and I recently purchased our kitchen cabinets for our kitchen reno through the Lowes Maple location. We ordered our cabinets in April (2016) and Jasvinder Paul was our consultant. Jas was so easy to work with and clearly knows what she is doing. She helped us design our kitchen efficiently and made suggestions to better enhance our finished product. She went out of her way to make sure we got our designs quickly so we could take advantage of the promotions that were happening in the store. We have had to consult with her a couple of times since our cabinets arrived and each time she is more than willing to answer our questions, help us order what we need and contact the manufacturer to relay defect information. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and I would highly recommend Jas and Lowes to anyone I know that is looking to redo their kitchen. Jas definitely made our kitchen renovation decisions easier and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you Lowes, and Jas. (note we did not get Lowes to install the cabinets, we did that ourselves).

Dropped by the Lowe's store in Maple, Ontario to looked at a fridge that I had seen in the company's flyers. The fridge that I wanted was not amongst the display on the floor. The salesperson was very helpful and "pulled out" the item online and explained all the features vis-a-vis other stocks on display. Service was efficient and courteous.

On delivery date, the fridge was so big and would not fit the doorway into the kitchen, the delivery people (2 of them), patiently disassembled and re-assembled the fridge and was able to make it fit through and place it in its proper spot, nary a scratch and no complaints at all (considering it took more than 2 hours and I am sure it affected their other deliveries for that day).
