Hired to install a Nest X Yale lock to my front door. The "Nest Pro" from Braintech Solutions came to my home and informed me that he cannot do the installation because he does not own any of the right tools to do the installation.

He then left and informed me that he can come the following day once he buys the right tools to do the installation. (Very strange considering a Nest Pro would have done this installation before and had the right tools).

I informed Braintech Solutions the following morning that we won't be needing their services, they told me they will remove $50 from my credit card. When I explained to them that this is theft. He informed me that because he came out last night (For literally 5 minutes. Told me he can't do the installation and left) that he now has the right to charge me $50. He told me that he would only keep $20 retainer in case I ever cancel. I agreed to this over the phone. After he wasn't able to do the job (Lack of tools. He didn't even know how much of a drill bit he needed yet he's claimed that he's done this job before), he told me he would come back the day after. In the morning I messaged him and let him know that I won't be needing him to come by and that he can keep the $20 retainer as was promised. He got upset and charged another $30 to my credit card without my authorization. Do not give this person your credit card! He will charge it without your consent!

When I suggested that what he's doing is wrong and that I will explain what has happened in the review, he said "You can win a gift card from visa for the review".

This company is dishonest. He will come to your home, tell you he cannot do a job and then take money from your credit card.

Had a bunch of remotes and wiring that was cumbersome and confusing to use and this company was able to suggest a solution while arming me with the knowledge to support myself. A splendid job was done so I wouldn't need to spend any more

Quick, affordable, reliable is the motto along with convenient, effective this company lives by which I find rare these days
