We had a fairly straightforward leak in our roof. I found this company on HomeStars, they had a strong score and positive reviews, so I called them.

They sent someone over and he gave us an estimate that seemed fair. The guy told us what he saw and proceeded to fix it then and there, which impressed us. However, after the next big rain, we noticed the ceiling was leaking inside. So I called back.

They sent a different roofer over, who said his colleague didn't do a very good job. So he spotted the issues and "fixed it." Fast forward a few months and many rains and we still had water coming in through that area. Two roofers, neither could fix it.

He removed the shingles, went into the roof, sealed it and then replaced the shingles... which we thought had been done previously. This job cost us more than the original, but we have some faith in what he did, as opposed to TRR.

I'm sure TRR has done good work for other homes, but I can't recommend them based on our experience. Twice they failed to fix our problem, which didn't seem that difficult in the first place.
