I had a problem for years that I was trying to fix by myself using the 25ft snake but it was good for 6-10 months, as I only opened up a small hole. The grease that become as strong as stone filled up the main pipe. Dmitri used multiple tools to drill trough the build-ups. After the job was done he showed me the live camera with a clean pipe, that looks like new all the way to the city sewage system. I am more than happy with a result and I glad that I canceled big company to come over, they would probably charge 2-3 times more.

Apr.11/20 my entire drain assembly under my kitchen dual sink basin was replaced. We talked on the phone and i shared some images. Demitri came over same day I made the call providing speedy service. Even provided some advice through sms while on his way which I appreciated. Gave a good assessment of my leaking hot water tank shut off valve, provided and estimate on the spot, and upon my agreeing, fixed it without issue. He also took a look at two waterfall faucets that have not had good pressure for over a year. Luckily I already had the right parts from the manufacturer and he was able to troubleshoot, install those, and get the faucets working properly. Lastly, he was able to adjust my shower knob as I was not getting hot enough water, which he identified that the knob was not installed properly to begin with. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly conversation, made good suggestions, and left my home without a mess. Will definitely call him up again if I or friends need plumbing services for our homes. Thank you!
