Very professional, arrived on time and the estimate was right on. Completed the roof in two days, then returned another day after we decided to use the leftover materials to redo the shed roof to match.

The salesperson for Rydel was very helpful, professional and easy to contact for questions. I was able to negotiate items into the co tract that I wanted.
The workmen who installed my roof were efficient and very experienced. It was completed on time as promised.
The inspector came after the job was completed to verify that everything was done properly.

I contacted Daniel from Rydel Roofing West to do our roof in early June, 2022. Daniel was eager to appease and was thorough in answering all my questions such as warranty info, guarantees and cleanup .
The crew came out as scheduled, with a small delay due to rain which is expected for safety issues. Anyway, they were very polite and pleasant, being Alban & Enis (and one more gentleman).. They were fast getting the roof up, yet efficient and professional. They also left the surrounding area very tidy when the roof was finished. My elderly neighbour was watching from his swing in his backyard and commented they were doing a good job.

Quality Service is something rare today and it was so refreshing to experience this with Daniel from Rydel Roofing and their technicians. Daniel walked through the process and was always available thru text or phone call to answer or clarify any questions or concerns you may have. They really work hard at making sure they can get in and out in a timely manner. No interruptions, one day install. The technicians were top notch with years of experience. They made sure to make me confident that the torch they were using was handled by a long time veteran. Couldnt say enough about Daniel and his team.

Completely happy with the whole process from the initial quote to explaining to me the differences between the basic vs more expensive quote. The crew of 4 that did the job was extremely professional and efficient and was done within 8 hour on a very hot day.

Andrew and his crew were fantastic! I had a new roof in little more than a day. They work long hours until the job was complete. I cant stress just how professional, experienced and efficient this crew was!

When our roof needed replacing more quickly than expected, Andrew and his team were able to accommodate us and fit us in their schedule sooner than expected. He outlined various options and prices for the work, was very honest and forthright about what option he thought was the best for us (not the most expensive!) and then proceeded to replace our roof even during the winter season. The communication was always prompt and responsive to my concerns and the work was very professional and completed in a very timely way. They did a full cleanup after the work was completed and then outlined the full warranties. I am very satisfied with this experience and would recommend Rydel Roofing to anyone who needs work done.
