We initially had Allen from DC Shutters install two shutters in our home back in 2020. We lived in Brampton at the time. We were very impressed with the outcome as well as the price. As a result, we kept Allen in mind for the future installations. When we moved in 2022 to Springwater. We had Allen install two more shutters in our new home. The job was impeccable as usual and reasonably priced. Then in 2024, we had Allen install four more and were very pleased with the outcome. Allens prices are very reasonable and he delivers top quality shutters. I am glad to have found him and always please with the outcome.

I contacted Daniel from Rydel Roofing West to do our roof in early June, 2022. Daniel was eager to appease and was thorough in answering all my questions such as warranty info, guarantees and cleanup . The crew came out as scheduled, with a small delay due to rain which is expected for safety issues. Anyway, they were very polite and pleasant, being Alban & Enis (and one more gentleman).. They were fast getting the roof up, yet efficient and professional. They also left the surrounding area very tidy when the roof was finished. My elderly neighbour was watching from his swing in his backyard and commented they were doing a good job. I would recommend Daniel from Rydel Roofing West, Toronto, you won't be disappointed! Allan and Barry came and installed the shutters in our kitchen on January 29,2020. Their measurements were accurate, spot on, and they definitely look GREAT!! Allan delivers and installs high quality shutters at a very reasonable price. We would definitely call Allan again in the future. Very Happy customers !!

Considering how frigid the temperatures have been in the GTA this past January, 2019, we were in need of additional insulation in our attic due to ice damming. We contacted this company and I spoke with Mark. I greatly appreciated the extended time and patience Mark spent on the phone with me answering all my questions and concerns such as how much insulation we would need, what type, price etc. The three young men, Luis , Brandon and Paul that came out to do the job were very polite and professional. They were prompt and quick in applying the blown-in insulation. They had my husband peeped his head up into the attic after they were done and he was impressed with the job done. He said the contrast was night and day as to what insulation was in the attic prior to what is up there now . He said it was evenly distributed and very full . The house is toasty now with the furnace on . It is holding the heat on our main floor much better without the loss going out through the attic as before

Naz came over on December 9th, 2015. He installed our garage door on a new garage just erected. He also installed a manual lock for the door. He did a very nice job . He is polite and thorough, paying attention to fine details. He is eager to please his customers. He mistakenly cut one of the weatherstrips too short and apologised . He insisted we not pay him the whole amount till he came back with another piece and redo it. We found that not only accommodating but refreshing. I wished they did aluminum siding as I would have hired them to do that too. You would not go wrong hiring them for any garage door installations/locks/door openers. I wish them nothing but success in their future business prospects.

I found this company to be very reasonably priced in comparison to other siding companies around the GTA. They do a good job and if there is an issue, Henry will come back and check it out promptly. They have been in business about 35 years in Brampton and I would recommend them for aluminum/vinyl siding .

On Dec. 2nd Paul and his crew erected this garage (kit from Home Hardware, Georgetown) in 7 hours flat. They work extremely fast and efficient. They are punctual and quick yet do a remarkable job. He is a very pleasant man and professional. You feel comfortable instantly when meeting him . He is very trusting. The garage passed inspection with flying colours. You have to be patient when booking him as he is busy but worth the wait. I would hire him again down the road if the opportunity arised.

In January,2015, Vule came to our house and put backsplash in our kitchen. He did an amazing job as always. He takes his time making sure the tiles all line up properly.He is punctual and quick but puts pride into his work. He is a very calm ,polite man. This is the second time we have had Vule come to our home. He did our main washroom last year. You won't be disappointed if you hire him. He is highly skilled at installing ceramic, glass, any type of tile. I would call him a 3rd time if needed without hesitation.

We had to purchase porcelain tiles for our washroom renovation. At Factory Tile, the employees are actual designers. They're extremely knowledgeable about their products and helpful in the selection process of tiles. They are very accurate on the math for square feet required. I dealt with Aimy, Callum , Ryan and Andrea Petch all at different times. ALL of these employees are extremely helpful and competent in what they do. They are busy and work very hard to please their customer. They hardly take breaks which is very sad. I respect them dearly. The tile I picked was very reasonably priced and it looks absolutely stunning in my washroom. I would highly recommend them to anyone. *Note Make sure you order the amount they tell you to as the restocking fee is 30%, which is higher than most places. This still would not deter me from going back there for another project.

Vule and his nephew came out and laid the tiles in our washroom in May. He did a flawless job. He is very tidy and a fast worker, yet he does it brilliantly. He listens patiently to what you want done and remains calm. He and his nephew are also very polite. I would hire Vule again because he is extremely talented at his profession.

Right from the start this company is professional and reliable and they do the job right. Les, the owner came by to give us the estimate. Tony and Jerome gutted the washroom and right from the start, they were careful, and polite. Jerome did the majority of the work after the gutting as Tony is part-time. What a good job he did. He is very meticulous paying attention to fine detail. He cleaned up after himself every day before leaving. He takes pride in his work and told me he treats his customer's home as if it was his own. His end result was excellent, we were very pleased. Jerome even went out of his way to sand our ceiling. This was not in the contract and although it was not a big job, Jerome still made the effort to sand it and save my husband the work later. We were very grateful for this extra effort. The job finished when they said they would. Les came out every other day to inspect the work in progress . If you hire this company you will not be disappointed but left happy and worry free with the end result. Good reliable companies are rare to find these day especially at reasonable prices.

Back in the 1990's before something could be published as easy as this, we had Joe come out and re-glaze our old bathtub. He did and the paint peeled before our warranty had expired. After several attempts to contact Joe, he finally came out. To make a long story short, he argued that it was negligence that caused the tub to peel. He also was aggressive and yelled , trying to intimidate me.(My husband was not home). I told him if he did not want back up his written warranty, I would see him in Small Claims Court. It was only then and only then, he agreed to re-spray parts of the tub. Upon completion, it again peeled within 6 months. I did not attempt to call him again because it wasn't worth it for what he put me through. He is a rather large man and used this to his advantage. At the time, I was a mere 110 lbs.. Honest, he was difficult and accused me of negligence . This tub peeled after about 3- 4 months of being sprayed. He must have used poor quality paint and maybe he has improved it today considering he is still in business. He acted like a bully at my home. The BBB at the time told me to put in in writing for others which I did not do. I should have but it feels good to vent the complaint now. If you are reading this Joe and remember me, shame on you. If you don't, look up my invoice.

We purchased a bedroom suite from Ashley Furniture in April/13. One week later, we had a minor issue with one of the drawers on the tall dresser . I called Ashley's and they sent out the technician within 2 days. Honest. Upon his arrival, he was quick to fix the drawer. It needed a minor adjustment to close properly. After about 2 days, we noticed another minor defect on the headboard and again the technician was out within 2 days. He put an order in for a new one. The new headboard was delivered in about 2 weeks. He, the technician (I wish I could remember his name because he was very polite and nice and he is their only technician for Mississauga) even came out a 3rd time when a sock got stuck behind my drawer and I couldn't get at it. Honestly, we've experienced very good service with Ashley Furniture. I read bad reviews and I am surprised. I was give them a chance. Their furniture is stylish, modern but certainly not solid wood but what is these days. The company describes the quality of the wood as wood products. I do find this vague but I know our suite is not particle board .The top middle drawer on the ladies dresser is lined with velvet, which is a nice touch.
