Qualitech Windows And Doors

I had 4 windows replaced in late 2018. Ever since it was installed, I knew there was something wrong with the window. There is condensation, ice buildup along the bottom of the window in winter. I can feel wind leakage and cold spots. I made many complaints and they just keep saying condensation is caused by heating in my house. I gave them very poor review in Google review and they won't even answer my call after that. 2 months ago, when weather warmed up. I notice that there is moisture in between the panes of the window. I called and left message but no one return call. Today I called again and just busy signal all day. Look at Google and it said permanently closed. There goes my lifetime warranty. Well lesson learned, price does matter. You get what you paid for.

Had Qualitech install two windows last year. We have an issue with one window. Can't get a response from any one of the phone numbers. Are they out of business?

Worst company ever to deal with , quality of installation does not match quality of window, customer service beyond bad. BBB has REVOKED their rating for all the complaints and excuses for not doing work correctly and not honouring life time warranties for problems not sure how this company stayed in business so long ripping off people, if per chance you can get ahold of anyone at this company they will come and do a quote gladly take money but the services stops there. Look at photos as a photo is worth a thousand words. SORRY cant get my photos look at their google reviews where I posted my photos

Had an estimate done in sept 2019 .agreed and paid my 30%. 6 Weeks later had to phone and email many times to get someone to finally answer and tell me they will start making the windows tomorrow. It is now over 2 months later and haven't heard a thing.

They did a fantastic job. My doors and windows look beautiful with the trim inside and out. They cleaned up after they were done after spending a long day. Very professional installers. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Took about 6 weeks but the install went smoothly by qualified installers who went the extra mile to assure our satisfaction. Ravil and his team did a great job replacing all the windows on our house. We got quotes from 4 different contractors and Qualitech was the cheapest. They came in on a tight deadline and got the work done, and stayed after hours and cleaned things up. Our windows triple pane including sliding patio door look fabulous. His window technician was very skilled and meticulous.
