Dump It Bins

Horrible customer service. My CC was charged $500 2 months ago and I still haven't received the invoice and credit on my account. I have called and emailed repetitively to no avail. Do not call this company.

Booked 6 weeks ago, had it filled in a week. After many calls, it's still here. Horrid customer service. False promises. DO NOT CALL THEM! I called the alternate number on the bin, which belongs to Waste Control, and they said to deal with DumpIt Bins only. Duh, only been trying for weeks. Ruined the look of my son's prom party as well as my company, who arrived 3 weeks later. How do I get this bin removed?????

Terrible customer service, they charge your credit card $500 when you book the rental as security deposit. Booked their same day service, was told dumpster would arrive before 9am and get picked up between 4-6pm, after about 30 phone calls a dumpster shows up at 1:30pm. So glad I paid my labourer from 8:00 to do nothing except wait for a dumpster to show up.
Never mind how many times they told me they would call me back or get the manager to call me when he arrives (still waiting for that). I finally got the bill on my credit card that was grossly over weight, they are charging me for 6 tons of weight when there was absolutely no where near that, there is no way to dispute and they do not return calls. What's worse when I called the company who sent the weight receipt they were very rude and appear to be in on this with dump it. STAY WELL AWAY

I found dump it bins on google. Seemed professional when I called and delivered on time for my Reno.
However, it was a small project and not even half the bin was full of light weight material. I was told it was a $500 deposit and will be charged before drop off. Charges would look like this: $89 for drop off and another $89 min charge(1 metric ton min) and then $89 for every other metric ton when they officially weighed it after pick up. They picked up the bin on December 8th 2016 and I still haven't received an invoice or an official weigh in ticket as of January 4th 2017. I keep hearing I'll receive it "tomorrow for sure"
Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend.
