It was only a small job but we wanted a professional finish. Derek personally provided such over three visits at times that accommodated us. He also added a finishing touch to the project, and called a few days later to ensure we were happy with the job. It was a small area to fix that others wanted much more. In taking this job it shows that Derek looks at the long term potential of a client relationship. We will definitely call D&F for future help.
