High Efficiency Furnace repaired

We had a new amana furnace installed 2 years ago while we noticed that it was not heating well also TVoc levels would rise way above limits. Off course we tried contacting the original installer to come and have a look but no luck then we caled H & R heating, their technician rafi was able to identify the issue within an hour and problem resolved. He advised for cleaning of this Furnace every year which I will consider from next year but thank you Rafi for your service on fixing the issue. Best work done.
