Great work, excellent customer service

Mold Detection & Removal review in Ayr

My husband and I are quite pleased with this company overall. The work done on our new home was excellent and timely. We had an issue with the professionalism of one member of their crew, but after passing our concerns to HIP, the company owner contacted us personally to fix the problem. Because of this issue, I can't give them 5 stars. Otherwise, the work was great.

SO Unprofessional!

Mold Detection & Removal review in Ayr

Make sure you are home when these guys come, or lock up your stuff! This company did some remediation in our new house before we fully moved in. We were not there. When my husband returned, he found that some of his food had been eaten from the fridge. What kind of person goes into a client's home and eats their food out of their fridge?!?! Such a violation, and so unprofessional. The fact that they did a decent job on the remediation is so secondary to the fact that one of their workers did this. And if they did that, what else did they do? We had other items in the home, including electronics and other valuables. My husband had to go room by room and make sure nothing else was messed with. RIDICULOUS.
