After two good years, this year our experience with Eden has been frustrating to say the least. The problem is that they do not commit to a time frame, such as 24 hours since end of snowfall. That means that they consider it reasonable for you to wait 1 day, 2 days even 3 days until the they clear the snow. You never know when they will come, and the app is only good if your crew communicates with you, which in our experience they do not. Three times, after normal snowfall, having waited for over 24 hours, we called customer service only to be told that we would just need to wait. How long? Who knows! Each time, after over 36 hours we broke down and cleared the snow ourselves. Three times of complaining and nothing has changed. A company that considers it reasonable to leave people snowed in for more than a day is unprofessional and definitely not reliable! Their customer service is unhelpful and the whole experience has been torture.
