My AC unit was scheduled to be installed and the first roofing contractor bailed at the last minute. Derek was able to fit me in on short notice and install my roof jack so I wouldn't need to cancel the AC install. Install included a 3'" roof jack cut into a 3rd story inaccessible flat roof with a torch on surface in a newer townhouse complex. Derek's team completed the install clean quick, and water tight.
