Derek is probably the most customer service oriented construction specialist I have encountered in many years! On two occasions, we have called him to do emergency repair work on our sunroom roof, and he showed up within hours and fixed the problems right away — even though the glass roofs in question had been done, not by him, but by another company that didn’t stand behind its work! Because Derek did an exceptional job replacing our cedar roof last year, we knew we could count on him to do a fine job again, and we are grateful for his quick response and thorough repair job.
