Dawn connected with Mom immediately to arrange supplies to be dropped off to assist in the overwhleming process of packing. The exact amount of supplies! Which amazed me! This really was two moves in one - a drop off to Mom's new apartment and a drop off to my house for the unloading of more than half of her furniture. The movers had a great and organized system. Niko, Rob and Tony were efficient, careful, communicative, personable, timely, and most importantly, Mom was immediately able to trust them with her most meaningful and memorable collections. I knew when I left Mom's apartment that the following morning upon waking, when she opened her bedroom door, she would walk out feeling like HOME.
