Air Point Heating and Cooling team installed new heat pump in my home in December 2023. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant to work with. Gregory was punctual, friendly, and took time answering my questions during his initial visit. He also reached out to the manufacturer about a question I had post install - much appreciated. Katerina at the office answered all my questions/emails quickly, kept things organized, and kept me up to date throughout the process. Sveta was also very pleasant to deal with in all my interactions with her. Vadim and his crew (Ali, Sergii, Sasha) were all amazing on the installation day. They showed up on time and spent the entire day working tirelessly to complete the install. I have never seen a crew more dedicated and coordinated. Once they were done, they cleaned up well and left the place spotless.
I am very happy with the team at Air Point and have also recommended them to my neighbors who have asked me about heat pumps. One thing they do very well is setting the expectations properly, which in my opinion, is very important skill for anyone undertaking a project in your home.
