I would highly recommend Paul and Blue Owl Inspections to anyone in the GRVD in need of a home inspection. Paul was incredibly thorough and at multiple points in his inspection stopped to show us something he had found and to explain it to us. He was courteous and professional and exceptionally knowledgeable and his rates are very competitive for the quality of service he provides. If I am in need of another home inspection in the future I will definitely be calling Paul again. Thanks Paul!

I obtained the services of Blueowl Inspection for a review on a town home . The fellow I met was Paul . He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he discovered during the walk about of the property at the end of the job, and the report I received included many of those comments along with a pile of pictures which I appreciated. I'm happy with the service I received and do recommend this company.

Condo Inspection

Hired this company for a condo Inspection that I could not attend due to work commitments. I felt comfortable that there was probably no problems with the condo but I decided I wanted another set of eyes to look the place over. I hired Blue Owl Inspections mainly because of the answers I received I called looking for rates. I thought the report was easy to follow along, and that same evening Paul gave me a call and together we spent about 20 - 30 minutes discussing the report in more detail. I really liked the fact that Paul was able to access parts of the building that I never would of seen. If the service that I received is the norm, then I highly recommend contacting this company if you need an inspection.

A co-worker recommended this company to me when I was buying a newer condo. Paul was friendly and did a very thorough job. He explained what he was doing as we went through the paces of the inspection and showed me a few things that I should have upgraded inside my suite. The report I received later in was detailed and dicisss into sections which made it easy to understand. I feel very comfortable that I made a good choice with this company and will recommend their services to my friends and family.
