I had scheduled excavation for my backyard patio, confirmed multiple times (weeks in advance) and still he "forgot" it on requested date. Called him and he was busy on another site. Promised to come on the next day earlier in the morning... guess what? didn't show up and didn't responded to any of the phone calls.

Very unreliable and he will mess with your schedule. The "lowest" price is not worth it... and stick with more reputable company.
