Dishonest company and incompetent staff
Worst cleaning service experience I have encountered. Unprofessional service and cleaners. Set up to gouge customers. The cleaning was far from satisfactory. The place is still dirty and I will have to get other cleaner to clean.
The cleaners were not properly informed by the company of the key information that my condo was loft style - so the cleaners came unequipped to clean a loft and were furthermore incompetent in the basic cleaning too. I requested the service based on the description (loft) and size of condo (1300 sq ft) , with number of bedroom (2) and bathrooms (2.5) and stating specifically what all I needed cleaned (all loft style condo windows, so high windows, it was post-reno empty condo so needed all dust to be cleaned primarily - I paid extra for it being loft style and post-reno cleaning. This was all very clear and confirmed in my booking email confirmation. However - what I requested was ignored through and through in reality, cleaners had no information about the job I had requested, and even when I spoke and emailed the customer service about the discrepancy, it was just ignored. It was like speaking to a wall.
Booking was specific about two levels of windows due to loft style - these were NOT cleaned.
Booking was specific about balcony. This was NOT cleaned - it still had all the dirt.
Booking was specific about cleaning inside the fridge, microwave. This was NOT done. There were still food crumbs inside the microwave. The fridge had not been touched inside. And this is when these things were basically clean to begin with. The fridge is new and just needed to be cleaned post reno as I wanted to assure dust was cleaned - if was NOT.
Furthermore, simple tasks were NOT done - there were still crumbs and shoe marks on my hardwood floors. As if this wasn't enough, they broke the latch of one of my vanity doors!!! Now I will have to pay someone to come and repair that too.
AVOID at all costs! This company is set up to fleece customers into paying extra extra extra $$$$ for and then forgets about what they agreed to and just force customers to live with their subpar service, once they have taken the money.
