I had to write this because it’s not that often that you are completely pleased with a contractor. These days many cut corners. Not Boss Mechanical. They came to install a humidifier, take out an existing gas fireplace and venting, provide a new unit and run gas for a BBQ hook up and few other items. If your looking for a contractor who comes into your home, explains the work they are going to do and then leaves your place as clean as it was before they started, is professional and courteous and then assesses and executes any other small fixes around the area being worked on for no extra cost then this is the company you NEED to hire. For the BBQ hook up they made sure my bbq worked and when a burner on the bbq didn’t turn on they made the quick fix to make it work. For the humidifier install, they cleaned up and replaced other houses and made them drain more efficiently into the sewer. They also fixed electrical to an air purifier system that was installed by the builder that was in the way and realigned the venting to this system to give us easier access to the unit for future maintenance and cleaning. They also made recommendations for use of the system. Was very impressed with the extras and time taken to provide their advice. I’m very picky and particular when I am paying for work done. In my job I give 100% and expect the same from those whom I hire and there was no disappointments here. Thank you Boss Mechanical for restoring confidence in hiring contractors!!
