Luca and his team were extremely professional and most importantly punctual. We had approached them to construct a supporting beam in our home and ended up contracting them to complete other work as well. At the end of our 4 month renovation they had become more like family than anything else. Throughout the entire process they continuously kept us informed and educated us on every task they were completing. They provided input based on their own personal experiences with different materials we were thinking of using and provided us alternative options were necessary. They were never forceful in directing us to use a particular product or service and at times suggested other companies they had used to get better pricing on materials we were supplying for them to install. We still have to complete our basement and will most certainly be contacting them when the time comes to do the work. Our family has done renovations in the past on other properties and we have our own contacts but I won't go to anyone else in the future other than DRL.
