I got a referral to DRL from a friend when looking to update flooring. Luca and Frank were incredibly easy to talk to and didn’t feel like they were up selling me in the least. Got a few quotes and although not the cheapest, they were in the mid range but liked the thoroughness of their report and what they said they’d do. I’ve always believed in ‘you get what you pay for’. When all said and done there were no surprises and their finishes on the trim and painting was exceptionally done!! Above even what I believe I paid for. I have, and will continue to, recommend DRL to anyone I can! Thanks guys for the great job!!

Luca and his team were extremely professional and they do amazing work. From the beginning of the process, DRL guided us in the right direction in what was needed in regards to cost/finish. After having to find a new contractor mid-way through our main-floor renovation, the DRL Team were able to seamlessly complete our renovations and also, re-work aspects of the renovation to better suit our vision. Frank and Luca came out to price the cost for my renovation. They provided me a detailed layout of what they would do and how long it would take. We agreed to move ahead and they showed up on time the following week with their crew. Everyone seemed to know what they had to do and the crew was courteous and respected my property. The work was completed as agreed and looked great. I will definitely use them again when it's time to finish my basement.

Luca and his team were extremely professional and most importantly punctual. We had approached them to construct a supporting beam in our home and ended up contracting them to complete other work as well. At the end of our 4 month renovation they had become more like family than anything else. Throughout the entire process they continuously kept us informed and educated us on every task they were completing. They provided input based on their own personal experiences with different materials we were thinking of using and provided us alternative options were necessary. They were never forceful in directing us to use a particular product or service and at times suggested other companies they had used to get better pricing on materials we were supplying for them to install. We still have to complete our basement and will most certainly be contacting them when the time comes to do the work. Our family has done renovations in the past on other properties and we have our own contacts but I won't go to anyone else in the future other than DRL.

After coming home to our smoke filled house, our family was devastated. The house had to be gutted down to the studs and we were basically starting over.
