They did a good job. But very expense. I was in a bind and feel like they took advantage of me.

Renat and the AHS team were great. We hired AHS to do a composite front porch, backyard fence, full landscaping and paving of our front walkway of our Victorian Semi. We were very happy with the finished product. Renat was highly responsive and the team was very efficient and professional. Quote process was thorough and transparent. Highly recommend.

This is our second time using this company. The first was a few years ago doing a large tiered stone retaining wall, lower patio, and stairs. Due to costs, we had to separate it into two projects. Rinat was the project manager for the second half of our exterior project, which involved largely regrading and hardscaping of the upper level, side, and front of our home. There are always issues that arise in any large project. However, Rinat and his team were always polite and responsive. For any issues that came up, he was able to help find a solution to the problem. Overall, we are very happy. No more water issues to date and the exterior is beautiful. We would recommend

I engaged AHS to estimate and execute an extension to our rear yard driveway, walkway, and fence including assembly and installation of a cantilevered carport. I was ver pleased with all aspect of this project, after a bit of a protracted start. The work done seamlessly integrated the new walk and Parkin gates with existing paving stones and cedar fence. Assembly of the separately sourced catered carport, though a bit pricey, was done to my satisfaction. Renat our site project manager did a great job coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project.

I contacted AHS to help me with an exterior renovation project that included the replacement of my asphalt driveway, installing a new composite deck and frame to replace a poorly built wood deck and frame from three years ago, path lighting and steps, tree planting, the power washing of a stone deck and front walkway, and replacing joint sand with Romex joint sand.

Matt was my sales contact, and he was a pleasure to work with as he came by my house several times to discuss the project and help me with my decisions. There was never any pressure from him to choose any one thing over any other thing, and I appreciated his down to earth style.

Darlene was the designer, and she was excellent. She collaborated with me on the designs and produced terrific options that were wonderful. She was always open to suggestions and her designs were top notch.

Renat was my project manager and communication with him was terrific. He was always available to discuss the project, and he was open to both providing suggestions and receiving feedback. He was on site often to instruct the workers and to make sure that everything followed the designs.

I cannot write enough good things about the workers, who, without fail were outstanding. The were friendly, they worked hard (especially the crew that did the planting and stone pathway work as they had to remove a backyard's worth of river stones and then put it all back), and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. Terrific people and well trained.

One of the things that really stood out with AHS was that they allowed me to be part of the process, letting me ask questions and make suggestions if there was something that needed to change. I appreciated being part of the process, which was important to me. The project was a bit on the high side in terms of pricing, but it was worth the extra cost. The company and the people were professional throughout the process (things finished on time, and there was never a time when people did not show up as scheduled). The designs, the communication, the work, the people, all great. Plus, I was not responsible for managing the workflow as Renat took care of that. The project turned out GREAT and AHS was a superb company that did an excellent job.

Excellent experience working with Action. This was a well-quoted and well-managed project (thanks Renat!). New pavers out front, and a new bin screen: both the paving crew and the carpentry crew executed detailed work very well and ran a clean site. We are very happy with how it turned out, and keep getting compliments! We've made several referrals to friends and neighbours, and would work with Action again in a heartbeat.

I tried a few times to update my front porch myself, but never got it right. I found Action Home Services at the Fall Home Show in Toronto, explained what I wanted to do, and Dylan quickly visited me and gave me a quote.
When it was time to select the stones, I was given the the different options, and when I reached out for help, Dylan made a few suggestions and arranged for samples to be sent to my house, with no pressure to select either one.
Once the stone selection was made, AHS quickly began work to cover my porch and update the walkway. Anton and his team were great to work with. It took the time they said it would. When it was done, Anton came back and did a final inspection with me. I am happy with the work and it looks great.

Rinat did an exterior renovation for me with the build of a new retaining wall. The work consisted of multiple aspects, including excavation, fencing, decking, stairs, railings, sod, etc. AHS had to shift focus on a few occasions as requirements change. The team was always nimble, profession and the final product is beautiful.
