I guess it was a little small so they didn't care...
Let me say most workers were excellent, especially the one doing the stairs. The owners - I'm not sure about. They got their fingers crossed and in a rush to complete the job, I paid the price. I admit in a moment of frustration I raised my voice, but I was surprised when they raised their's even louder. After this I calmed down because I was afraid the job wouldn't be done. I'm handicapped and the one thing I asked for beyond anything else was not done. I have included pictures of the mistakes because its easier for me than typing.

I apologize for your experience and have no issue resolving any issues you may have ( which has not been brought to our attention until now ).I do apologize personally for raising my voice back after being yelled at not to cut any stones to meet the required measurements ( which is required in any project).
I did offer an alternative off making the walkway 2 inches smaller to avoid any cutting which you did not want . On top of that I still subtracted $300 from your balance .
