IB was very flexible to accommodate my schedule. My real estate agent pointed out that the end result was one of the most thorough he had seen. IB provided pictures and explanations which were complete and detailed. he was on the roof, under the deck in corners and areas I had not considered. It made me realize the difference between a professional and just another company, I will use him and refer him when I have an opportunist.
