NIR Real Estate Inspections

Prior to my husband and I purchasing our first home, we had Ibrahim out to do our inspection.

Ibrahim was very friendly and was able to tell me what repairs the house needed right away and what needed to be fixed at a later time, or what to keep an eye on.

We've had another property inspection done previously, on a different house, and with a different inspection company, and the person I dealt with at that time made me feel like the house I was trying to purchase was trash. Rather than explaining what had to be fixed nicely he was quite abrupt.

Thankfully Ibrahim was the complete opposite and even hearing about a major repair didn't sound so bad coming from him. He explained to me how the report would outline the major issues first, followed by the inspection of everything else.

We received the report on the same day as the inspection, and it was very detailed, with tons of helpful little hints on what we should do to upkeep the house and keep it in a good condition, and how certain things are meant to work. Which is great, because neither my husband or I know too much when it comes to houses.

Overall we had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Ibrahim to anyone else looking for an inspector.
