NIR Real Estate Inspections

We bought our first house at the end of April. The inspection was arranged through our realtor, we first met Ib the day of. He was excellent. Had no problem walking me through what he was doing, ens wearing all my questions etc etc. He followed up with the Home Binder. Which is an excellent resource. According to my mother, whose bought and sold multiple houses, this was the most thorough home inspection she’s ever seen. Exceptional service and IB has stayed available to us for any questions, concerns or referrals.
