A good guy.He gave me all needed informations on my house I was buying. I was very happy seeing him coming back on closing day to check if things still ok as it was on inspection day.

Ibrahim not only conducted a thorough inspection of our potential new home, he also made sure to follow through until the job was done. Upon inspecting the property, Ibrahim determined the furnace wasn't functioning properly. We identified the issue to the home owner and Ibrahim made sure he completed the job by returning to review the work after the furnace was repaired. His detailed report (68 pages with pictures of any issues) and follow up on this issue are the reason why I would use his services and recommend him to anyone looking to conduct a home inspection. The inspection was very thorough, a full 3 hours, by a very pleasant man who was very personable, willing to answer all my questions and more. He gave me solutions to other little problems I mentioned, and it came with a 70 page report.

Prior to my husband and I purchasing our first home, we had Ibrahim out to do our inspection.

Ibrahim was very friendly and was able to tell me what repairs the house needed right away and what needed to be fixed at a later time, or what to keep an eye on.

We've had another property inspection done previously, on a different house, and with a different inspection company, and the person I dealt with at that time made me feel like the house I was trying to purchase was trash. Rather than explaining what had to be fixed nicely he was quite abrupt.

Thankfully Ibrahim was the complete opposite and even hearing about a major repair didn't sound so bad coming from him. He explained to me how the report would outline the major issues first, followed by the inspection of everything else.

We received the report on the same day as the inspection, and it was very detailed, with tons of helpful little hints on what we should do to upkeep the house and keep it in a good condition, and how certain things are meant to work. Which is great, because neither my husband or I know too much when it comes to houses.

Overall we had a great experience, and would definitely recommend Ibrahim to anyone else looking for an inspector.

IB was originally recommended to us by our realtor. After hearing so many great things about him from our realtor and through online reviews we decided to hire him.

Everything about my experience with him was an absolute delight. From the initial phone call to hire him, up until the last few questions after I received the report he provided phenomenal customer service.

He was extremely detailed, focused and thorough in his inspection, yet still seemed to find the time to answer all of my questions and clarify things to me in a very professional manner. He pointed things out that I would have never thought of in a hundred years and went in to even more details than I would expect an inspector to go in to.

After the inspection, he promised us that the inspection report will be delivered the same day and he indeed followed up with his promise although he finished the inspection at a later time in the evening.
