The eavestrough cleaning was satisfactory .
There was an additional service that was offered and that was cutting back a lilac tree on the sides of my house.
The fee was quite expensive considering that the cuttings were not picked up by the city the next day. The pieces were too big and the city of Ottawa refused to picked it up. I had to pay an exgra $300 for another company to pick up the cuttings. The partial trimming of the lilac tree cost me a total of $580 (with the trimming plus pick up services). It was a very expensive service and I will not recommend Glassmate to do this kind of service. The extra pick up proved to be very expensive for me.
All in all, I have learned a very valuable lesson and will hire Glassmates just for the Eavestrough Cleaning.
