I moved my family across from Ontario to Kelowna. Pickup was March 27th. We opted for 6 weeks free storage and our items were to be sent out on the 20th of may with delivery happening 7-10 business days after. Without any calls whatsoever to notify me, i finally got a hold of them on April 31st and they assured me my items will arrive from from May 5-10th. They arrived on the 10th with multiple items damaged and about 5000 worth of large items missing, i.e snowblower, half couch and ottoman, bbq etc. I have emailed and called. I was told by claims it may take up to 6 weeks and that I should refrain from calling and that they email only. It is now 1 day past 6 weeks. I cannot get through via phone. I have emailed them once again and can only hope my items will still be delivered. I discussed with Melissa ( she said she was the Sales Manager) and she assured me they will be in touch with me to resolve my claim and that all items always get delivered at maximum time of 6 weeks. No one should trust them to deliver all your things. I will be sharing my horrible experience to my 70000 plus followers online who would love to hear a review and my cross country moving experience.
