Jesse and his partner Victor are not reputable people. We should have seen this coming when they cancelled our assessment appointment and then showed up late to the rescheduled visit. Against our instinct we went ahead and chose this company only to find they took a 10% deposit from us, delayed the start date twice and then disappeared altogether. I had to go to the owners house just to get in contact with him.
At this point we obviously didn't want to move forward with the job because we had lost total trust. He now refuses to refund our deposit and are undergoing small claims proceedings to have it returned.
Beware! There are a lot of more reputable companies and people out there - don't make the same mistake we did, steer clear of these guys.
