Bart's Rooftops

Bartsrooftops had been used by my neighbour late in the Summer of 2019. We were experiencing a leakage in our family room, when there was lengthy rains with winds prevailing from the East/North-east. I called on a Saturday and got Dan (the owner) and he said that he was super-busy and would come that day or early the next week. Dan did not come that Saturday, but the following Tuesday -true to his word - he called me and came over late that morning. After looking at the3 leaks inside the house, he went up into our 2 car garage and took a look. Unfortunately, he could see signs of the leaking. He suggested that the easiest and cheapest approach would be to caulk the flashing along the outside wall that was most likely the source of the leakage. I agreed. he did the caulking and asked him to inspect the rest of the roof, which he did. He sent me a bill by e-mail that same day, which I gladly pay.

With some luck (fingers are crossed), we may be able to get another 8 years or so out of our roof. I told Dan, that should we need a new roofing, we would definitely call him to get his quote. He proved to me his reliability and my neighbour was also very content with his service. Nice to see - can't happen often enough.
