I wanted to freshen up our entrance now that we moved all of the children's outerwear to lockers in the garage. The carpets needed replacing, the bench was all marked up, and the door needed painting (as some paint had chipped off and it looked very worn). Sarah, from Gioia Interiors, was so much fun to work with. Not only did she work within our budget to provided paint colors and concept boards, but her ideas were exactly what we hoped for. The entrance is now complete and I can't quit smiling every time I walk by. It is so bright and gives a whole new feeling to "coming home"! Thank you Sarah - we are incredibly pleased with the project!

I hired Gioia Interiors to help with suggestions for color scheme, small item decor (e.g. throw pillows/mirrors/lamps) furniture choices/layout, and fixture ideas (e.g., lighting), when we moved into our new home. Sarah listened carefully and asked lots of questions to get an idea of my preferences and style. She took the time to carefully research products and, within a very reasonable time frame, presented me with a portfolio of several appealing options that suited my taste and were within my budget. Gioia Interiors created a beautiful design for our main floor bathroom renovation project that included updating our tub and shower area. I am very happy with Gioia’s design work, the tile selections and custom niche turned out wonderful. I highly recommend this company for any interior design project, large or small.

We needed interior design help in remodelling our 20 year old kitchen. Sarah at Gioia Interiors was so helpful in helping... not only understanding the process of renovations, but provided easy to understand design options. She helped us select granite for our countertops and gave design advice for our cabinets. She was such a pleasure to work with, and we really felt she listened to us and worked for us in helping us now enjoy our amazing new kitchen!

My husband and I are indecisive and wouldn't call ourselves artistically inclined. Gioia Interiors Designer Sarah was so helpful and made the process of building and furnishing our new home easy. She came to all of our appointments and narrowed down our choices to ones that worked well for us. She was patient with our indecision and helped us form a good vision for our home. Sarah was wonderful when it came to arranging appointments with our busy schedules as teachers. We wouldn't have wanted to go about this process any other way or with anyone else. Gioia helped me with the design of a basement suite in a rental property. Sarah come up with a great design that maximized the use of the space while working around constraints such as existing plumbing and bedroom locations. She quickly took measurements and photos of the current basement, then came back with 3 floorplan options and explained the pro's and con's of each. Her drawings were a huge help in working with trades to show them all the details had been thought through (what way each door opens, where the light switches, plugs and plumbing go, etc.). My only regret is not coming to her sooner for help!! If I could do it again I would give her a bigger scope of work so she could simplify more of the process for us. Would definitely use Gioia again!!
